FHA Loan Checklist
When applying for an FHA Loan, here is the list of the following list of documents that you will need that will help you speed up the process. Employment Information
- Past 2-years completed tax returns
- Past 2-years W2’s, 1099’s and any other necessary tax forms
- Current One Month of the newest pay stubs
- If Self-Employed, you will need 3-years tax returns and YTD Profit and Loss Statements
Savings Information
- Past 3-months’ full bank statements for all accounts
- Any recent statements from your investment accounts such as retirement, 410k, Mutual Funds, etc.
Personal Information
- Driver’s License or any other official State Identification Card (such as a State I.D.)
- Social Security Card
- Any Divorce, Palimony, or Alimony Documents
- Green Card or Work Permit (If Applicable)
